The media would have us believe that the most beautiful men are celebrities like Brad Pit, George Clooney, Patrick Dempsey, Johnny Depp...the list goes on. (I'm taking those from People Magazine's "sexiest men alive.") And now the media is adding Robert Pattinson (Twilight) and teen sensation Zac Efron (High School Musical), among many others. But I just don't concur. All these "gorgeous" guys are pretty boys. You say "sexy" or "beautiful", I say "handsome" or "rugged." Why do women swoon over feminine-faced guys? I'd think they'd be more attracted to men who are masculine. I'll agree with the media's pick of Hugh Jackman and Will Smith. But most of them are too pretty to win the title for a man. How about

You're definitely right about Robert Pattinson and Zac Efron. Although I suspect I would have been drooling in my teenage years--I really liked baby faces then. But yeah, I'd take Mel Gibson and Hugh Jackman any day over most of the others.
